John Slieter

Hi, welcome to our website—my name is John and I love to teach and mentor leaders and help them grow both personally and professionally. My passion for personal growth has driven much of my success and allowed me to grow from a few failures along the way. My core belief is that our values drive our character and our beliefs drive our action—in other words, we are what we value, and we must believe in success before we act, then success finds us. 

My life partner Jean is also a teacher who specializes in teaching kids with special needs become successful and contributing members of society. Mmm, that sounds like leadership too!  Well, with seven grandchildren, we sure enjoy our family life as much as our professional lives! I love to fish and camp and riding bicycles on-road and off! While we love our home in Lincoln Nebraska, we also love traveling. Jean & have been all around the world for work and for leisure.  We find really cool people in all cultures.

Tracy Kerner

Thanks for visiting our website. I’m Tracy and I am a trainer, a mom, a therapist and a small business owner.

My undergrad degree is in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and my Master’s Degree is in Counseling from Doane University. This education informs the work I do as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)—from working as a mental health therapist to educational consultant and also as a trainer. I really enjoy all of these roles and have found my true passion is working with people—helping them discover their strengths, utilize their talents, and to discover their true calling as a leader in their field. 

I love what I do and also love spending time with my family—we have three busy kids-Hadley is 10, Cason is 7 and Finn is 2. My husband, Travis, and I own two small businesses in Lincoln, Roofing Service Company & Classic Garage Solutions. When I am not busy being a mom and a small business owner I enjoy biking, skiing, coffee and shopping.
